Boxer has decided NOT to participate in this year\'\'s WCG!



The decision was apparently made in protest to the WCG organizing committee for a) \"unfairly\" changing the rules so that the returning champion of an event will no longer be receiving an automatic by into the WCG finals in Seoul, and b) failing to take the time to notify Boxer of the same directly. In other words, \"I\'\'m the Terran Emperor goddammit! They can\'\'t do this to me! WAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!! I want my free ticket now! NOW!NOW!!NOW!!!\"



For their part, WCG has apparently stated that the decision to discontinue the customary by was made because of the rapidly changing pace of the games being played at the WCG: last year\'\'s champ, no matter how good he/she may have been last year, may not be up to snuff compared to the competition in the current year, so they should be made to go through qualifiers just like everyone else.
